Shipping & Tracking

How much is shipping

FREE shipping on all orders to Canada & USA.

For other countries...shipping rates are determined based on the items you order and the shipping address. To receive an accurate shipping estimate, kindly input your shipping information on the checkout page. This will ensure you are provided with the most accurate cost for delivering your order to your location.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email and when it's been shipped, you will receive another email with a tracking number and link.

How long does shipping take?

Once your order is placed, please allow 1-3 business days to process your order.

Once your order is shipped, you will immediately receive an email with your tracking information.

Estimated delivery times once your package leaves our warehouse:

CANADA: 2-10 business days

USA: 2-10 business days

Rest of World: Varies by location. Please check estimated times at checkout.

There may be delays due to external factors that are out of our control (ie. weather, courier delays, weekends, holidays, etc).

Tracking shows my label has been created, but there's no movement. Why is this?

It may take 1 or 2 days to see your shipping update. If you don't see any changes in 2 days after shipping confirmation, please email us at gav@fruitionhill.com. Don't forget to put your order number in the email's subject so we can help you quickly.

How do I choose the correct size?

For those placing their first order with us, we highly recommend taking the time to measure your existing garments and compare those measurements to our size chart on each product page.

By doing so, you can select the size that most closely matches your measurements, ensuring an ideal fit right from the start.

We also provide model photos with the model's height and size they're wearing for you to compare. See this under "sizing" on each product page.

I received a defective product. What do I do?

At Fruition Hill, we are committed to ensuring that every product we offer meets our strict quality standards.

Given the volume of orders we process each day, it's challenging for us to catch every single imperfection. (We are human after all!)

However, rest assured, if you happen to receive an item that isn't up to par, we're here to help. Simply reach out to us at gav@fruitionhill.com, describing the issue you've encountered. Please include photographs of the defect and include your order number in the subject line. Not all defects warrant a refund/exchange but we will try our best!

What payment methods do you accept?

Our accepted payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Afterpay.

I didn't receive an order confirmation email. Did my order go through?

When you successfully place an order, we always send a confirmation email along with your order number.

Make sure to check your spam/promotions folders.

If you placed your order with Apple Pay, please check the email associated with your Apple ID.
